Empowerment Lounge offers personal empowerment and support sessions designed for conversation, reflection, and emotional support. These sessions are not therapy, counseling, or medical services and are not a substitute for licensed mental health care. Empowerment Lounge does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a licensed professional or call/text 988 for immediate assistance.
All sessions must be booked in advance through the Empowerment Lounge booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Return and Refund Policy
Booking & Session Policy – Empowerment Lounge All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited. Empowerment Lounge provides empowerment-based support and guidance. Services are not therapy, counseling, or medical care. By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. By completing your booking, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
